Comfort Club Maintenance Plan

Our standard Comfort Club plan includes two maintenance visits per year - one in spring for your air conditioning system and one in fall for your heating system. If you have additional equipment like a water heater on your plan, that will receive annual maintenance as well.

Comfort Club members receive priority scheduling for all service calls, putting you at the front of the line. You'll also receive a 15% discount on any repairs needed throughout the year, even beyond your scheduled maintenance visits.

Maintenance plans typically pay for themselves through improved energy efficiency (up to 30% savings on utility bills), avoided repair costs, extended equipment life, and the included repair discounts. Most members save several hundred dollars per year compared to scheduling maintenance separately.

While we prefer someone to be home during maintenance visits, we can arrange key access options for trusted members if necessary. We'll always leave a detailed report of what was done and notify you immediately of any issues requiring attention.

We typically schedule AC maintenance in spring (March-May) and heating maintenance in fall (September-November), before the heaviest use seasons. As a member, you'll receive priority scheduling during these busy seasons, ensuring your system is ready when you need it most.

Comfort Club members receive special discounts on equipment replacements when repairs are no longer cost-effective. You'll also have access to preferred financing options and installation priority when it's time for new equipment.

Yes! We offer multi-system discounts for homes with additional heating/cooling zones or multiple water heaters. Our Complete Home Plan covers your primary HVAC system plus water heater, but we can customize any plan to include all your comfort equipment.

We offer both annual and multi-year membership options. While there's no long-term contract requirement, members who choose our 2 or 3-year options receive additional discounts. All plans are automatically renewed for your convenience, but you can cancel anytime.

Your Comfort Club membership is fully transferable - either to your new home (within our service area) or to the new homeowners. Many sellers use their active maintenance plan as a selling feature, showing buyers that the HVAC system has been properly maintained.

Yes, we offer convenient monthly payment options that spread the cost of your membership throughout the year. Many members prefer this option for easier budgeting, and there's no additional cost for this payment flexibility.
