About RJ's Heating, Cooling & Water Heaters

Honest Advice, Not a Sales Pitch

We won't recommend equipment you don't need or pressure you into a bigger system just to increase the sale. When a repair makes sense, we tell you so. When replacement is the better long-term value, we explain why, lay out the options, and let you decide. Our job is to give you accurate information about your home's heating, cooling, and water heating equipment, not to hit a sales number.

That is also why our recommendations come in writing. You get a clear, upfront quote for the work we suggest, with the equipment and the scope spelled out, so there are no surprises and you can compare it against anyone else's before any work begins.

Whether you choose RJ's or another company, we believe every homeowner deserves honest answers and quality workmanship. If you are weighing a repair, a replacement, or a second opinion, call or text 773-640-0334 and talk it through with us.

Why Homeowners Choose RJ's

What We Do

RJ's handles heating, cooling, water heaters, and indoor air quality for homes and light commercial properties, with in-house ductwork and sheet-metal fabrication to back it up. The core of our work:

• Furnaces and boilers, from a no-heat call to a full replacement.
• Central air conditioning, heat pumps, and ductless mini-splits.
• Tank and tankless water heaters, including same-day replacement when a tank is leaking.
• MagicPak all-in-one units for condos and apartments, and garage heaters.
• Indoor air quality, ductwork and fabrication, and light commercial HVAC.

Our Comfort Club maintenance plan keeps equipment tuned up between calls, and financing through Service Finance is available on any replacement we quote.

Brands We Install and Service

We install equipment we are willing to stand behind and we service every major brand, whoever installed it. The lines we work with most:

• Armstrong Air central air conditioners and furnaces.
• Navien tankless water heaters, boilers, and furnaces.
• Daikin ductless mini-split systems.
• Burnham and Weil-McLain boilers.
• MagicPak all-in-one units and Reznor garage heaters.

If your system is a brand not listed here, call us anyway. We diagnose and repair all major makes and will tell you honestly whether the unit is worth fixing.
